Eco Synod PROPOSAL

A Rocha is shining a lamp on the church's responsibility to care for the environment. See the link where A Rocha encourages Synods to adopt 'eco status', and to become Eco Synods.

The West Midlands Synod has a good many people who are deeply concerned about God's world. We are called as Christians to nurture all life. Some congregations have already become eco congregations. They follow the suggestions laid out on the A Rocha website. Others are currently exploring becoming eco churches.

A Rocha has also encouraged Synods to take steps towards becoming  'Eco Synods'.
