The 'every person Ministry' which is the aspiration of the United Reformed Church is enabled through the recognised ministries of
Ministers of Word and Sacrament, Elders, Church Related Community Work Ministers, Lay Preachers.
Within the Synod supportive and learning opportunities are offered for each of these ministries as well as other ministries within the life of the local church, such as Children's Workers etc.

Ministers considering a move can access the 'profiles' web page to see c current vacancies. These posts are only open to those on the roll of ministers of the United Reformed Church. The website is given on the vacancy list circulated monthly to those on the payroll. Alternatively, contact the Moderator.
