The United Reformed Church West Midlands Synod Trust are the Trustees for most of the church and manse properties. Local churches have responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of their properties and receive support and advice from Synod.
This is offered through the Property Committee and the Listed Buildings Advisory Committee.

The Tenant Fees Act 2019
Please be aware that a new Act regarding Tenancies comes into force on 1st June 2019. Any new tenancies will need to be aware of this Act which will also have a retrospective effect after a one year grace period to also include agreements in place prior to 1 June 2019. Tenancy Agreements should be reviewed to ensure they do not charge or refer to any prohibited payments, there are penalties for non-compliance.
