GRANT APPLICATION (NOTES)
F unding is available within the budget for Youth and
Children’s Work within the West Midlands Synod that is accessible to
any young person or Youth/Children’s Worker to help in their personal
development.
Funding can be applied for to
cover Events, Training, Personal Development,
Conferences, etc. for individuals or groups; this includes assistance
towards the running of Group and Area Events.
A percentage up to a maximum of 50% of the total amount
applied for may be awarded according
to circumstances.
Below these notes is a form that should be filled in for
each individual application and then
sent to Chris Burgham, Young Person’s Training
Officer, together with a letter of Reference/Endorsement from the
Minister/Youth Leader/Church Secretary/Elder/Lay Preacher. The application
will then be assessed by two members of the Synod Youth and Children’s
Work Committee and a decision made which will be communicated
to the individual submitting the application.
